Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Jawai Safari, we act as a specialized booking agent connecting guests with local hotels and safari providers. By making an advance payment through our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Advance Payment & Booking Confirmation

An advance payment is mandatory to secure your hotel and safari slots. As a booking agent, we immediately forward your deposit to the respective hotel/service provider to guarantee your reservation.

2. Strict Non-Refundable Policy

No Refunds: Once the advance payment is processed and forwarded to the hotel, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Since we act only as an intermediary, we do not hold your funds and cannot issue a refund if you choose to cancel your trip.

3. No Rescheduling / Date Changes

Non-Changeable: All bookings are final for the specific date and time selected.
Requests for date changes or rescheduling will not be entertained. If you wish to visit on a different date, it will be treated as a new booking requiring a fresh advance payment.

4. Agent Liability Disclaimer

Role: Our responsibility is limited to the facilitation of the booking. We are not liable for any service deficiencies, cancellations, or policy changes made by the end service provider (Hotel/Safari).
No-Show: If a guest fails to arrive at the scheduled time, the entire advance payment will be forfeited by the hotel.

5. Implicit Acceptance of Terms

Payment as Consent: By proceeding with the advance payment, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms in full. No separate checkbox or signature is required; the act of payment confirms your agreement to our Non-Refundable and Non-Changeable policy.
