By accessing our website or making a booking with Jawai Tourism, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Jawai Tourism via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
- Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp
- Confirmation is sent within 24 hours of booking submission
- No advance payment is required — pay on arrival at the safari
- Booking reference numbers must be presented at the time of the safari
3. Safari Guidelines & Conduct
All guests must follow the instructions of our naturalist guides at all times. The following rules apply during all safaris:
- No loud noise, sudden movements, or flash photography
- Do not attempt to feed, touch, or interfere with wildlife
- Remain seated in the vehicle at all times unless instructed otherwise
- Littering is strictly prohibited in all wildlife areas
- Children under 6 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times
4. Wildlife Sighting Disclaimer
While Jawai has a 98% leopard sighting rate, wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Nature is unpredictable and Jawai Tourism accepts no liability for failure to sight specific animals. No refund will be provided on account of unsatisfactory wildlife sightings.
5. Health & Safety
All guests participate in safari activities at their own risk. We strongly recommend personal travel insurance. Guests with medical conditions should consult their doctor before participating in safari activities. Jawai Tourism is not liable for any personal injury or illness during safaris.
6. Photography & Media
Personal photography is permitted during safaris. Jawai Tourism reserves the right to use photographs and testimonials provided by guests for marketing purposes unless explicitly opted out.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and itineraries, is the property of Jawai Tourism and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pali, Rajasthan.
